News of brews here at Bishop Nick...

In the kettles today is a new brew of our celebrated Martyr IPA.  This 5% American-style IPA is strong and brash, unleashing full-on flavour.  We thought we'd brew specifically for bottle so that we have some available online and in our shop for more of the year as it is a popular favourite.  SIBA loved it and awarded us Bronze in the hotly contested cask and bottle categories.  We'll brew it again for cask in the summer don't worry.

Last week's brew Hop Cross (3.8%) is soon to be casked and will be available at the end of the month (and in 500ml from 7th March).  Speciality extra pale malt gives this brew a gorgeous sunny colour. Goldings and Aurora hops promise earthy spice and floral bouquets. Hop Cross is a worthy addition to the Rites of Spring but like the bun can be enjoyed any time of year.

Other Limited Edition beers still available in bottle are Feast and Arise and of course our core range so that's a Fantastic Seven to choose from.  Why not pop in and get a mixed case or order direct from us online.  Something for everyone.
