LOCAL

We offer FREE home delivery to postcodes within Essex for all orders of £39.95 and over within 3-5 working days.

If no one is available to take in a delivery then we will leave your consignment in a safe place. We will notify you when your order has been fulfilled and our van is on its way.

In a hurry? It is always FREE to collect and we welcome visitors to our Brewery Shop in Braintree (Monday - Saturday 9am -4.30pm).

We also offer an Express service for £9.99 which will guarantee you will receive your order between 2-3 working days from when you place your order. For local orders over £39.95, this is reduced to £4.99. If our vans aren't planning to be in your area we will use APC commercial courier to deliver it for us.

NATIONAL

We offer FREE National Shipping for all orders over £55. These orders will be despatched and delivered within 3-5 working days and delivered by commercial courier APC - if you include an email address and mobile number you should receive tracking updates from APC and we will let you know when we have fulfilled your order and it is on its way to you.

All orders below £55 will be shipped at the cost of £6.99. The same timings apply.

A 2-3 working day Express Service is also available as a shipping option on all orders.

INTERNATIONAL

We cannot ship our products Internationally.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the rare event that your shipment of beer is damaged in transit, we will do what we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.  We will be notified if APC experience a problem and the package will ordinarily be returned to us. Once we receive it back at the brewery we will set about arranging a new despatch. If a problem occurs on a local van delivery we will endeavour to contact you to make arrangements for delivery at a later point. These things happen - especially when handling liquids and glass.  Rest assured we will take care.
