We offer FREE NATIONAL delivery for all orders of £55 and over within 3-5 working days.

All orders below £55 will be shipped at the cost of £9.99. The same timings apply.

Please note minipins and polypins are only available for local delivery and collection.

In a hurry? It is always FREE to collect and we welcome visitors to our Brewery Shop in Braintree (Monday - Saturday 9.30am -12.30pm). Please select Pick Up from Brewery at checkout.

If no one is available to take in a delivery then we will leave your consignment in a safe place. We will notify you when your order has been fulfilled and our van is on its way. Please leave a mobile number and email address so you can be notified with tracking updates.

INTERNATIONAL

We cannot ship our products Internationally.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the rare event that your shipment of beer is damaged in transit, we will do what we can to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.  We will be notified if our couriers experience a problem and the package will ordinarily be returned to us. Once we receive it back at the brewery we will set about arranging a new despatch. If a problem occurs on a local van delivery we will endeavour to contact you to make arrangements for delivery at a later point. These things happen - especially when handling liquids and glass.  Rest assured we will take care.
